    We are not your typical smoothie shoppe. Our low fat, low calorie protein smoothies are made fresh when you arrive as to your specific desires/needs.
    (Smoothies can be adapted to special diets). We use organic juices low in sugar, lots of fresh fruit and the finest proteins and energizers available.
    The Gatehouse Specialty Smoothie for coffee lovers is a local favorite, while the Peaches & Creme and Cookies and Creme is running a close 2nd. We are continually coming up with new creations including the newest addition: chocolate hazelnut banana peanut butter! YUM!
    Gatehouse sells the juices, proteins, cookies, peanut butter and flavorings that go into our smoothies so you may make them yourself in the convenience of your own home if you wish.
