    Festivals of 2nd Saturday (of each month) on the Historic Town Square finds all kinds of people dropping in the Gatehouse to say howdy!
   GATEHOUSE VITAMIN & SMOOTHIE SHOPPE is a full line, family owned health store located on the Historic Town Square in Lancaster, Texas. It is reminiscent of the quaint shoppes found in England. We specialize in nationally known vitamins, supplements, weight products, herbs, teas, extracts, natural HRT, beauty aids, bone & joint health supplements, protein powders, HA/ADD formulas, healthy snacks, smoothies, & more.
   It is our desire at the GATEHOUSE to help others on their journey to health. Just realizing that many of our medications today (including some of the chemos, sleep aids, estrogens, etc.) are derived or based on plants and herbs from Gods garden was a great start for us. We continue to learn from and work with physicians, researchers, nutritionists and health practitioners. The methods that we think bring the best results are often found in the combining of alternative and conventional medicines, called integrative medicine.
   The main thing we have come to understand is that healing is a process, with the journey being as important a part of the process as the end result.
    It is our desire to help others while they are on their journey to health. Though we love every aspect of the natural health industry, our special interest is for those with chronic illness, hormonal concerns, and children with special needs.
    We only carry the top brands of supplements, many from Drs’ own formulas. If you do not find what you want, ask us and we will try to get it for you.
